    A long time resident of the Philadelphia area, Mr. Faigenbaum is a graduate of Cheltenham High School and Brandeis University, cum laude. Mr. Faigenbaum received his Juris Doctor degree from The Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C. Before returning to Philadelphia to start his law practice, Mr. Faigenbaum worked on Capitol Hill in various capacities, including positions with the Senate Banking Committee, Senator John Heinz, Senator Paul Tsongas, and Congressman Larry Coughlin. Mr. Faigenbaum is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is the former co-chair of the Adoption Committee of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section. He also serves on the Bar Association's Fee Disputes Committee where he helps to resolve fee disputes between clients and attorneys and he serves as an active member of the Montgomery County Family Law Section. Mr. Faigenbaum has over 35 years of experience representing clients and negotiating legal agreements in the Philadelphia area. He has lectured on family law issues at Temple University School of Law, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He has been listed as a Pennsylvania Family Law Super Lawyer, has been listed as a Best of the Main Line Family Law Attorney, and he holds an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review - the highest rating you can attain for ethical standards and legal ability. The Volunteers for the Indigent Program (Philadelphia VIP) and the Women’s Center of Montgomery County provide pro bono representation to individuals who can not afford to retain private counsel.
